Info centre moves to St Columba's

Tourism chiefs believe that imminent plans to incorporate a local  visitor information service into Largs Heritage Centre will encourage "much
greater footfall". 
On Sunday, April 1, Visit Scotland's information bureau - formerly located  within the ticket office at Largs Railway Station - will re-open at St Columba's
Parish Church in what has been called "an exciting new partnership".

The Ayrshire Community Trust have  a  desk in St. Columba's, manned Tuesday afternoon 2.00pm to 4.00pm . Anyone with an hour or two to spare
for voluntary work can make enquiries there of the representative.
Or telephone for more information   01294 475618. 
The Centre is normally open as follows:-
12noon till 4pm
everyday except Wednesdays and Sundays from 2 to 4pm.

All opening times
are weather permitting as the Centre is on Largs seafront, which can be
extremely wet and windy at times.
